D., Physician and Surgeon on one side and the other side advertising Dr. Russ The Dentist. Both listed at the same address in Portland, Oregon. Card measures 3.50 x 2.0. A most unusual, though very economical, way to advertise your business, and since they were not in competition it likely worked out just great.
