In the Carport Industry, structure lengths (on standard, Horizontal Roof models) are listed to include a 6" overhang on the front and rear-- In other words, the frame is one foot shorter than the roof:  A 21' long model has a frame that is 20' long.

You will have 15 colors to choose from on your Walls, Roof and Trim, so matching your surrounding decor is never a problem. A 10% deposit is required to place your order, and the balance will be due upon completion.  All sales are final!  We are not able to offer refunds on deposits once an order has been processed.

you will pay the 10% deposit, select your
color choices for the roof, walls, and trim, and verify all of your
delivery
information.  If our store doesn't have the model, size, and features you would like, or you are in a location not covered by the listing price, we will help you design a building that fits your needs and is perfect for you. (Certified Models are available upon request to meet all State and Local Codes!)  We will write up a Purchase Agreement for you to sign and return, and if
your
structure has doors or windows, we will also send you a Door Placement Sheet.  Engineered Plans are also available upon request (and may be an additional cost in some areas).
Prices and availability may vary in some states. Most of our posted listings are priced for 12 of the southern states in the U.S. (AL, AR, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, OK, TN, TX, VA.), unless they have a specific state listed in the title.

We offer Free Delivery and Installation inside the Continental United States for our Carport Cover and All Steel Structure Line. Delivery estimations do vary by location. Taxes are not included in the price.
Local sales tax must be paid on all purchases and is calculated from the installation address.
All that we require is a clear and level surface (within 3"), and that there is at least 18"-24" of space between the structure and any existing structure.

There must be a certain amount of orders on a load, in order to send the installers out for deliveries
.  Each of those orders must be coordinated together within an area, which is why we are only able to give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order.  We will try and give you as much notice as possible, but please keep in mind that your delivery date is not set until the scheduling office calls you.  (Estimations are educated guesses, based on the experiences of the scheduler for your area, and they do their best to predict a schedule before it is written!  There are many factors that influence delivery such as: weather, traffic, the time it takes to install the previous customer's orders, etc., so we appreciate your patience and cooperation!)
Some important things to remember:
- The scheduling date is not set until the scheduling office confirms the appointment with you, at least 3 days in advance.
- Every estimated date that we give you before that is ONLY an estimation.  We do our best to keep customers informed and updated.
- Even when the scheduling office calls you to confirm your appointment, it is STILL possible that your scheduled date can change, due to unforeseen circumstances.  (Please remember that these installers are delivering and installing many buildings in addition to yours-- things like flat tires, truck problems, customers sites not being ready, weather-- all of these things are rare, but can affect your delivery date and time.)
- PLEASE try your best to NOT take off of work for the installation date.  (Because the date can always change due to the many factors that influence the delivery, some customers have taken off of work, only to be re-scheduled!  Please try to have someone else available for the install, or mark out the spot where the building needs to go. It is best to have someone at the site for the installation, but you do have a 30-day workmanship guarantee...If you are not able to be there, and you notice something that needs to be corrected, all you need to do is let us know!)
- Even the best suppliers can experience delays or mechanical issues.  In our experience, the most important thing is the way that these rare situations are handled.
