Showing stunning painting details with extensive use of gold.
Both pieces marked underneath with a
satsuma-yaki
seal mark.
Japan, Meiji Period, late 19th century.
In excellent condition showing mild wear to the gilding. No chips, no cracks, no repairs.
Teapot measures 20 cm across, 18 cm tall and body diameter is 11.5 cm.
Milk jug measures 14 cm across, 14 cm tall and body diameter is 8.5 cm.

. Returns are accepted, with the condition that you inform us within 48h of receiving your item - this is mandatory and there are no exceptions. We will cover return postage costs if we have made a descriptive mistake or have omitted important information, otherwise refund does not include your shipping costs. Refunds are issued immediately upon receiving the item, which must be in the exact same condition as when it was sent out by us. After 48h have passed upon receiving your items, return requests are no longer acceptable. We will ship within 72h of receiving payment (or earlier, when possible) and a tracking number will always be provided. Please allow 3-6 days delivery to Europe and 5-10 to the rest of the world.
