Description

This antique 1891 adverting booklet shows a man carrying a woman and child on the front, and the back shows a cherub/baby angel. It reads on font : " Facts.....Published by Van Wert Chemical Co., Watertown, N.Y.".....On the back, it reads : " For Sale Only By Bruce & Co., Druggists, Sole Agents, No. 76 Centre Street, Brocton, Mass....Copyrighted in 1891 by Van Wert Chemical Co." This pamphlet speaks of medicines that treat asthma, bronchitis, "The Grip"( the flu), Blair's Sarsaparilla, Golden Balm, and more. This pamphlet measures 3 3/8" x 5 1/4" and has 10 pages which includes the back of front/back pages. It is in good condition. Some age discoloration to covers ; pages all good.
