Please note that this program includes photo and bio for original cast member Dean Jones. (scan two above)  However, Jones's name on front cover has been carefully covered up with replacement Larry Kert's. (see main scan above)  I assume this was done at the printer's, since it looks professionally done. Included is a full-page replacement insert with Larry Kert's photo and bio. (scan three above)

Program is in very good condition, with light wear to covers, slight bending to corners.  Pages are excellent.
Please note that a small sticker is affixed to bottom corner of back cover, next to spine.
Program has 16 pages and measures  9 x 12 inches.  It includes photos and bios of the cast members listed above and the creative team plus more than five pages of production photos.
