    Description

    Liberia Scott # 7, Issued in 1864.  USED with Cockrill CP.2 cancel from HARPER in Black and PD.1 in BLUE.  See Cockrill's Book 2, page3 for discussion on rarity of various colored CDS's from the different PO's.  STAMP IS IN TWO PIECES AND HAS BEEN JOINED WITH A HINGE, repair could be improved upon.  Still a nice reference item.
