.  The musical opened in NYC on 06/17/69 and ran for 1314 performances.  The revival opened on 09/24/76 and ran for 5959 performances.
Inside are production photos of this tour, Broadway and international productions; full cast and production credits; show chronology; headshots and bios.  The cast includes Patricia Alexander, Susan Brickell, Gary "Garth" Gardner, Marilyn Faith Hickey, Ednah Holt, Beth Johnson, Jim Page, John F. Patrick III, Kristian Rex and Peter Spinicelli.  Music and lyrics by Robert Dennis, Peter Schickele and Stanley Walden with additional music and lyrics by Stanley Walden and Jacques Levy.  Material contributors include: Jules Feiffer, Dan Greenburg, Lenore Kandel, John Lennon, Jacques Levy, Leonard Melfi, David Newman & Robert Benton, Sam Shepard, Clovis Trouille, Kenneth Tynan and Sherman Yellen.  Devised by Kenneth Tynan, directed by Barry Singer and Bert Arnold and choreographed by Margo Sappington -- recreated by Marianne Roselli.  Cover art by Clovis Trouille.

Note:
Souvenir programs are 9 x 12 inches but may vary somewhat in size.
Condition is near excellent with minor wear including a very light vertical fold.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
